The Saratoga Chesapeake Tenants Association began in 2022. It focuses on community action to build safe, healthy, clean living environments for all residents living and working in the Saratoga and Chesapeake Apartments.

The Saratoga Chesapeake Tenants Association leads campaigns and community actions that promote and advocate for real solutions to some of the biggest challenges within the Saratoga and Chesapeake apartments. We are a force for positive transformation.
